Businesses & Corporations
Please contact our office at 612-997-4644 for exclusive business and corporate rates.
A $ 250.00 damage/cleaning deposit is required for each rental. This deposit
will be refunded within 3-5 business days after your event if no problems or
damage is incurred. Based on your bank, it may take an additional 2-3 days for
processing. If the facility rental policies are not met, the damage/cleaning
deposit will be forfeited in part or in full. If necessary, additional fees for excess
damage to the facility will be the responsibility of the renter.

One notable feature of our service is the flexibility to bring your own food and use caterers of your choice, allowing you to personalize your event further according to your taste and preferences. We are, however, a non-alcoholic venue; alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Our goal is to ensure a memorable & safe experience.
Our event space is ADA-compliant. Please let us know what special needs your guests might have so we can prepare and accommodate these requests accordingly.
